"I am a Celiac and have been for 15 years or so. The items listed are products I have tested and can
testify to that they are not only GLUTEN-FREE but tasty as well. Hats off to the producers of
these items. I was so unhappy when I could no longer have a bagel to eat...now I can. The
Udi's Bagels are wonderful. And, I was so pleased to find the Quinoa Products. Now I can
eat Spaghetti and Macaroni and Cheese again. We will be adding our own products very
soon, including Sour Cream Coffee Cakes and Banana Bread - made from scratch -very, very special!
